The 2002 Atlanta JAZZ Party ALL-STAR PLAYERS
Dear Atlanta Jazz Party Fans: We have finalized contracts for 2002. We have booked the Westin Atlanta North for April 19, 20, and 21, and lined up the musicians who will bring to us a variety of exciting jazz in the tradition that we have grown to know and love. Our 2002 jazz players will be:
Cornet: Ed Polcer, Bob Schulz, Jon-Erik Kellso
Trombone: Bob Havens, Dan Barrett
Reeds: Bob Wilber, Allan Vaché, Bobby Gordon, and Evan Christopher
Piano: John Cocuzzi (and vibes),
Johnny Varro, Mark Shane,
John Sheridan,
Ralph Sutton in memoriam
Guitar: Howard Alden and Mike Peters
Bass: Frank Tate, Vince Giordano, Murray Wall
Drums:Joe Ascione and Tony DeNicola,
